PHANEROO - Celebrating one year of God's manifestation!

Phaneroo, the biggest weekly Christian meeting in Uganda, will mark one year of a phenomenal existence with a three day celebration from the 13th to 15th August 2015 at the Kampala Lugogo Hockey ground.

Phaneroo, which is a Greek word that means ‘to make manifest’ is a fellowship gathering of over three thousand men and women every Thursday 5pm-8pm at the MTN arena, Lugogo.

It is a force; an army; a wave whose tide raises high above the predictability of world systems,’ says Apostle Grace Lubega, the vision bearer, ‘What has been achieved in one year is solemn testimony to the tremendous work of God in this generation.’

Phaneroo shall host a celebrated international gospel artist together with other seasoned Ugandan gospel musicians in the much anticipated worship night on 14th August. This shall be crowned by a powerful healing service dubbed ‘Healing Chronicles’ on 15th August.

These anniversary celebrations are an indelible cornerstone of history; a critical building block on Phaneroo’s eternal legacy.
Troccoli -locally renowned for her 1995 hit single “Go Light Your World”- will be part of the strong cast of artistes to perform during the Worship Night the second day of the anniversary celebrations -Friday, 14 August at Lugogo Hockey Grounds.

Commenting on the choice of Troccoli, the vision bearer of Phaneroo Apostle Grace Lubega elaborated that;
“We sought a person that has a revelation of worship from the very heart of God and is also able to usher the congregation into these very chambers of God; a person whose lyrics are grounded in the doctrine of Christ that is able to build us up.”

She will not be the only artists taking part in the celebrations, a host of local musicians have been lined up.
Some of the local artistes expected to grace the occasion include; Bishop Isaiah Mbuga, New Testament, Julie Mutesasira, Brian Lubega, the Phaneroo Worship Choir and many more.

Besides Go Light Your World, the two time Gospel Music Association Dove Awards winner, has produced a number of various worship songs that have edified the body of Christ including; Sounds of Heaven, You’re the Heart of Me, Everything Changes, Mission of Love, I Call Him Love and Help Myself to You – her first hit to top the Billboard charts.
The fellowship is popular among young Ugandans who now turn up for it in their droves.
